"Aerial architectures" by Lorenzo Martínez, an exhibition that fills the classroom of culture of the Cajamurcia Foundation with strength, vitality and chromatic dynamism (17/12/2018)

The young aquiline Lorenzo Martínez inaugurated last Saturday the exhibition "Aerial architectures";

a show organized jointly by the City Council of Aguilas, Cajamurcia Foundation and the Friends of Culture Association of Aguilas.

The exhibition, which will remain in the Culture Hall of Cajamurcia until January 7, was preceded by a guided tour of the shop windows of ten shops in the center of Águilas where one of the author's works has been placed.

An initiative with which it is intended, on the one hand, take the art to the street expanding the exhibition space and, on the other, collaborate to boost the purchases of these shops with the delivery of a calendar of exposure to customers this Christmas.

After the act, the Councilor for Culture, Lucia Hernández, congratulated the painter "for having achieved an exhibition full of strength, rigor, harmony and vitality."

He also assured that "Aerial architectures will surely be a complement to the cultural and leisure offer that our town offers on these Christmas dates";

while "he highlighted the novelty of taking the art to the street and fill the shop windows of the center of our town with color".

What Lorenzo shows us in this exhibition is a set of dynamic flows, helical or folded, with a high density of matter and a very expressive volumetric evaluation, which are juxtaposed without interlacing, as an expression of a cumulative and compact order that tends to fill the plastic plane of the picture.

In reality, they are perspectives, where the continuous synchronous flows in which the daily life of urban life takes substance.

The solidarity note of this exhibition consisted of the sale of chocolate lollipops with the main picture engraved and whose full collection will be for the AECC.

The exhibition can be visited until January 7 from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
