President López Miras, once again, has opted for the tourist destination that is Águilas for the Region with the connection of the municipality with the Airport of the Region of Murcia.

This has been made public today by the Ministry of Development of the Region of Murcia with the announcement that it will start up a bus line that will connect the air infrastructure with our coastal municipality.

"Once again we can see the bet that President López Miras makes with the municipality when establishing a connection with the airport, so that tourists who land in the region will have the opportunity to reach Aguilas with alternative means of transport and economic ", underlined Reverte.

The airport is the "economic and tourist takeoff of the Region, so that Águilas, one of the tourist references of the Community, could not be left behind in the interconnection with this infrastructure, and this has been made clear by the regional government to have in it counts the requests of the aquilines ".

The new service, which has a price of 15 euros, will have two stops in the municipality and tourists can hire it telematically, which is an added incentive when it comes to speeding up their purchase.

Reverte regretted that the socialist mayor has not attended the event to present this service "so important for our municipal economy, because, thanks to its implementation will benefit all productive sectors of the town, from the hospitality to the small Commerce".

Although this service was requested by the Municipal Socialist Group in the City Council, "the regional government is aware of the competitive level of Águilas in tourism, and from minute one, we knew that this service was one of those that I was going to include it shortly, as it has done ".
