The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the Councilor for Education, Cristóbal Casado, together with the representatives of Early Childhood Care and the Carlos V School inaugurated the only sensory classroom in Águilas that was opened at the Colorín Colorado Children's School with the objective that children go acquiring and approaching the world around them through experimentation and discovery of their senses and abilities spontaneously.
The center combines this classroom with another one of adjoining psychomotor skills that allows an important stimulation to be achieved at an early age, both to stimulate and to detect any disorder that may exist, favoring early intervention to be able to intervene before any detected disorder in the students. .
From the center, the Children's School incorporates this classroom into the day-to-day of the children and also makes this classroom available for early attention for the use of its users.
