Theater and tourism nights at the Castle of San Juan de las Águilas.
Imagine Theater and Leisure, in collaboration with the City Council of Águilas, again organizes theatrical visits, both for children and adults and, in general, for the whole family.
This year two of the most successful visits among the public are back on stage: "In a place on the Beach" and "The Prince and the Pirate".
The nocturnal visit "In a place of the Beach", with dramaturgy of Fran Giménez, will deal with the first universal figure of Literature, Don Quijote de la Mancha.
This Golden Age gentleman will travel through time by chance and will find himself in the historical monument par excellence of the city of Águilas.
There, next to his squire Sancho Panza, he will fight against the Sagrera and Los Alacranes Mills, talk about his various adventures and even declare his love for Dulcinea del Toboso.
An adventure full of history, fiction and lots of fun.
The children's visit "The prince and the pirate", with a play by Victoria Nieto, will take the little ones to know the emblematic castle of San Juan de las Águilas through the figure of our famous pirate Aruj (descendant of the Barbarossa pirate) and a Prince in trouble.
The night visit, "In a place of the beach", will take place every Wednesday and Thursday of August in a single pass at 9:30 p.m.
The children's visit, "The Prince and the Pirate", will be held at 7:30 pm also on the same days as the night visit.
The general price for each of the visits is 7 euros, except children 0-2 years who will enter free.
Ticket sales will take place on the same day of the visits (children and night) at the Tourist Office, from 11-14 hours and from 17-19 hours, and half an hour before each visit in the Access to the Esplanade Castle, next to the elevator.
This year we continue with the promotions that have been so successful in previous years: a discount of 2 euros is applied to the price of the entrance to the night visit by presenting the daytime ticket (not theatrical) to the Castle.
The second promotion is that children who make the child visit will enter the night visit for free.
These promotions are NOT cumulative.
