The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, has recently held a working meeting with Caritas officials, including her president, Ana Cortijos, in order to address issues related to the Labor Inclusion Plan for disadvantaged people who will start through the Operational Program for Employment, Training and Education (POEFE) 'Águilas T-Forma', co-financed by the European Social Fund.
It will have the following training itineraries: "Basic restaurant and bar operations", "Auxiliary operations of assembly and maintenance of microinformatics systems" and "Socio-health care for dependent persons in social institutions".
Participants will have the right to receive financial aid of 13.45 euros per day of assistance, provided they lack income or income of any nature, equal or higher on a monthly basis to 75% of the Public Indicator of Multiple Effect Income ( IPREM) and attend and successfully complete the itinerary.
Among the objectives pursued are the development of training itineraries appropriate to the training needs of the unemployed belonging to vulnerable groups, allowing, once the training period is over, to obtain a professional certificate that increases the possibility of finding a job;
as well as the reduction of social exclusion and the promotion of adaptation of vulnerable groups through employability.
