Mari Carmen Moreno, mayor of Águilas and Juan Francisco Gómez, general director of Grupo Orbitalia, have presented the II Orbital Campaign for Safety and Prevention in the Transport of Minors, who has trained in safety techniques and preventive measures when traveling by bus to about four hundred boys and girls from the municipality of Águilas.
In this campaign, which has been developed during the last weeks, the students of second grade of ten different schools have participated.
In it, the children received a small training talk by Orbitalia staff, which highlighted the various safety measures available to buses, basic rules of behavior and some curiosities about these striking vehicles.
Subsequently, the students took a short tour where what they learned was put into practice.
In addition, children were given material to participate in a drawing contest in which, filling in the silhouette of a bus, they chose to win a trip for the whole class of the winner or winner to a destination of their choice in a screen-printed vehicle especially for the occasion in the image and likeness of the winning drawing.
