Next Sunday starts the Christmas program that will last until January 6 (29/11/2019)

The mayor of Festejos y Cultura, Cristóbal Casado and Maido Simó, have been in charge of presenting this morning the program of activities that from next Sunday, with the staging of Momo by Anna Roca, will be held in the municipality on the occasion of the Christmas holidays.

Among the activities scheduled for these dates highlights the traditional Christmas lighting that will be held on Thursday 5, coinciding with the beginning of the December bridge, date on which the Christmas market (6,7 and 8 December) will also be held in the square from Spain.

Also in the popular roundabout will take place the Caroling School Contest (December 18), the welcome to Santa Claus (December 23), the Christmas animation and puppet workshops (December 26 and 30), the Corals Encounter (27 December), the Old Morning and Children's Bells (December 31), the cavalcade and subsequent reception of the Magi (January 5) that this year, as a novelty, will arrive at the municipality by boat and, finally, on January 6 , the Kings Cycle Ride.

Continuing with the activities focused on the smallest of the house, one more year they will be in charge of climbing the tables of the Francisco Raba House of Culture to stage the works included in the Imagine School Theater cycle.

The theater will be the protagonist in the Auditorium during this Christmas season with works such as Beauty and the Beast (Saturday 14 and Sunday 15), Much noise About Nothing (December 27) and the already traditional XXVI Christmas Story "A tale of Elsa" (January 4).

The program of activities is completed by the exhibitions of Pedro J. Rabal "The Flamenco Poets" which opens on December 5 and the collective of the José Matrán Association (December 4);

the presentation of the book A scientist in the supermarket (December 10);

the 5th Promúsica subscription concert (December 13);

the Carlos V Charity Gala (December 16 and 17);

the collection of food by the merchants (December 20);

Flamenco Night of the Sinergia Study (December 20);

XXII delivery of Nativity Prizes of the contest organized by the Housewives Association (December 21);

XVI Gang meeting (December 21);

popular Christmas race (December 22);

6th Promúsica subscription concert (December 26);

Christmas Concert of the Aguileño Musical Patronage (December 28);

Children's Cincorcherto (December 29);

Cirko (January 2);
