The mayors of New Technologies and Environment, Thomas and Isabel Maria Cosentino Torrente, respectively, have expressed their support to requests from different Associations of Parents of Students for mobile antennas installed in areas around colleges the town be relocated following the precautionary principle enshrined in Law 33/2011 of October 4 Public Health.
Both Cosentino Torrente stated that the departments for which they are holders are sensitive to this issue, so much so that to date have met several times with the telephone operator who urged provide a solution to this problem.
"They are currently studying the proposals we have submitted to them and until a solution is offered will continue working to make this public demand will be satisfied," declared the mayors.
