Eagles will host the Food Fair "Mediterranean Flavors" (07/06/2016)

During the days 17, 18 and 19 June this gastronomic event will take place in the food market where, in addition to taste delicacies prepared by local establishments, a space dedicated to hosting presentations by local and regional chef is enabled

Everything is ready for Eagles will become the culinary epicenter of the region with the celebration, the next 17, 18 and 19 of the Food Fair "Eagles and Mediterranean flavors."

The event, organized by Hosteaguilas collaboration with the local council, the Centre for Tourism Qualification and sponsorship of Estrella de Levante, aims to "encourage, promote and consolidate food and wine offer as a tourism product," stated Vicente Sanchez, vice president of Hosteaguilas .

sommelier Pedro Martinez;

or local chefs José Rodríguez (Restaurant Poli), Juan Francisco Paredes (El Refugio), Francisco Navarro (Casa del Mar) and Ana Cristina Ruz (Zoco del Mar).

Moreno, who conveyed his satisfaction with this type of activities that aims to promote gastronomic tourism, noted that the choice of the Plaza de Abastos responds to the need to "enhance a space that we think is quite wasted and needs to have more activity than we currently have. "
