The residence, which opened in 2001 has 41 squares, sports courts, swimming pool, lounge, dining room, laundry, and large areas of recreation and relaxation.

Annually, the residence is used by its users, especially in summer, while serving as a holiday alternative to other residences and centers offering the possibility of meeting and coexistence between groups such as Astrada, CEOM, Famdif, daycare Eagles' the Pajarico 'and the Sisters of Charity, among others.

Bonuses for people with disabilities
