Spectacular start to the season Promúsica Eagles with the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia and pianist Jorge Nava (07/10/2016)

Great music flooded last night the Auditorium and Congress Palace Infanta Doña Elena at the opening of the concert season 2016-2017 of Promúsica Eagles.

The Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia, directed by the owner, Virginia Martinez, accompanied by Jorge Nava, one of the promises of Spanish piano scene, played the Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor Op.30 by Rachmaninov.

The work is considered one of the most difficult and demanding compositions for piano, with nearly 60,000 musical notes that the young virtuoso played to perfection without score.

This composition, musicologist Promúsica José Luis Llorca illustrated to subscribers explaining that "the solo instrument is treated with wonderful variety, no doubt, deep understanding that had Rachmaninov its instrument resulted in more pianistic and complicated movements ".

The public, aware or not of these technical appraisals, he responded to the wonderful interpretation of Nava applauding standing, so that the pianist had to return to the stage repeatedly.

After the traditional glass of champagne and chocolate with which Promúsica entertains his followers, the Symphony Orchestra gave a brilliant interpretation of the Symphony No. 2 in D Major Op.43 Sibelius.

This composition José Luis Llorca shared some comments from Mexican Roberto Ruiz de Guadalajara about a curious parallel between Rubik's cube and the compositional method Finnish with this symphony.

. "The Second Symphony of Sibelius, is like a huge ship built along the first three movements, and whose whole structure can only see the end of the work before releasing it to the mysterious waters of memory the same Sibelius said: "it's as if the Almighty had thrown floor mosaics from heaven and I have asked that the arming" ".

Indeed, the public could experience something almost divine, a common, clean and pure feeling, with which the present empatizaron with loving basset Sibelius rooting for their land.

In the words of some of the attendees, "experiences that make you feel the greatness to which man can reach."

Undoubtedly, the choice of Rachmaninov and Sibelius was a success;

as is the rest of the studied and selected programming of concerts that make up the musical season 2016-2017 of Promúsica.

Therefore, and because this aquiline association is getting impossible to make a town like Eagles become an international benchmark of classical music magazine "Music Lovers" has published a full-page poster of concerts this year, showing the slogan "Eagles, great music and the sea".
