The City is testing a product that repels the urine of dogs facades and street furniture (02/11/2016)

End unsightly stains that cause urination dogs on street corners, facades and public furniture is one of the objectives it has set the Consistory aquiline.

For this reason the last two weeks cleaning services of the town are implementing a new product that repels the urine of dogs and cats.

"We are currently in the testing phase in order to determine the effectiveness of this repellent, should get the expected results, extending its use to all the streets of the town," said Isabel Fernandez, mayor of Services Companies, Department of which depends housekeeping.

The product, which is completely harmless to dogs and does not contain any substances that could harm them, applied by direct spraying in the affected areas and immediately its aromatic properties affect animals eliminating the acquired habits of urinating in unwanted places, has Fernandez explained while recalled that the use of sulfur by neighbors is a prohibited and penalized by the dangers practice.

The mayor also took the opportunity to make an appeal to the citizens who recalled the involvement and collaboration necessary to have a clean city.

"We are launching many campaigns intensive cleaning in addition to the ordinary services, we are also strengthening and improving, but it is essential collaboration and civic attitude of all. It is essential that the times taken from garbage are respected, which is made use bins instead of throwing cigarette butts and papers on the floor and pet owners removed the feces of public roads ".
