Kings are received by thousands of aquiline children (05/01/2017)

Their Majesties the Three Kings of the East made their arrival in the Plaza de España de Aguilas just a few minutes ago after touring the streets of the town acclaimed by thousands of children who at this moment continue to deliver their letters to the royal pages that accompany them.

At three o'clock in the afternoon, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar arrived at the town after a long journey from the East.

His first stop was in the residence of Ferroviarios where, accompanied by the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, the mayor of Festejos, Encarnación Navarro, and the mayor of Social Services, Rosalía Casado, have delivered their gifts to residents.

From there they have moved to the residence San Francisco from where they have begun their cavalcade by the streets aquiline.

The cavalcade, coordinated by the local companies Libélula and Majestik, has run along the Avenida Juan Carlos I and King Carlos III until it ends at the Plaza de España.

During their trip the three Magi have been accompanied by more than a hundred children and adults members of the groups Imagine Spectacles and White Marco as well as the characters of the Carnival and the Children's Sirens who have become for a few hours characters of the magician World of Disney.

This year, as a novelty, the Musical Group Virgen de los Dolores has been in charge of opening the parade with a repertoire of carols.
