The new Looije store in Águilas will allow to increase the number of workers from the current 300 to more than 1,000 (13/07/2017)

The project manager, Pedro Marín;

The new warehouse, which will involve an investment of 4,500,000 euros, will have an area of ​​4,600 meters of which 3,600 will correspond to the handling vessel.

A factory of this size, "assured the director of Looije," will allow to receive and keep temperature controlled up to 168 tons per day of cherry, in addition to having a production line with capacity to process up to 80,000 kilos of tomato per day, which Means multiply by four the current capacity of production from the current 300 employees to the 1,000 that are expected once the expansion project is completed. "

After the act, the mayor valued of "very positive" that Eagles is the place chosen by Looije for its expansion.
