The popularly known as "night of the rockets" is one of the most photographed by the thousands of spectators that year after year are concentrated in the Bay of Levante to see this spectacle of fire and light;

for that reason the Town Hall of Aguilas next to the company Pirotecnia Mediterránea organize every year the Photography Contest "Fireworks", whose awards were delivered yesterday by the mayor of Festejos, Encarna Navarro.

The councilor began by thanking her participation to the numerous photographers who in this edition have presented their works.

After addressing all of them began the awards ceremony that became the winner of the general category to Maria del Mar Soler and runner-up to Pedro Semitel.

In the category of social networks, it has been Facebook users who with their "like" have chosen as winner Ramón Picón, who has taken a check for 200 euros, followed in second place by Pedro José Ruiz, second prize winner endowed with 50 €.

Also have received a special mention the finalists Alicia Garcia, Julio Javier Muñoz and Pedro Esteban Paredes.
