Coinciding with the first anniversary of the blessing of the image of the Virgen de la Amargura, the Brotherhood of the Apostle Santiago and Ánimas Benditas celebrated yesterday a kissing in the church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen.
The event counted, among others, with the presence of the mayor of Águilas and honorable sister of the Brotherhood, Mari Carmen Moreno, the president of the Cabildo de Cofradías, José Cáceres, and the brother of the Brotherhood, Juan Antonio Gómez.
The religious ceremony also served to recognize the work of Fernando Rabal, who received the title of waiter of the image of María Santísima de la Amargura.
After the act, the Musical Association Virgen de los Dolores dedicated some processional pieces to the Bitterness.
