The "Q" of Spanish Tourism Quality is a brand managed and maintained exclusively by the Institute of Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) and is common to any activity related to the services or travel.
The ICTE editing marks that are voluntary, but will be mandatory for all tourist entities wishing to be certified with an "Q".
These rules are located intermediately between ISO 9000 and Business Excellence Model EFQM.
The establishments supported by the "Q" have passed strict quality audits to ensure that your service is providing quality assurance, safety and professionalism.
All this to assure customers the best travel experience possible.
According to the mayor of Eagles "from the council is working to project an image of quality in all tourist information services."
Juan Ramirez said "besides the eight Blue Flags awarded to us in 2010, and it represents a significant recognition, this year we have awarded three quality Q, which already looked at the beach of Las Delicias and two others one on the beach of La Colonia and the third to the Office of Tourism. "
