"Archaeological and Historical Heritage of Eagles" new lecture series "Looking to the Sea" (08/08/2011)

The paper will be provided by Juan de Dios Hernández García, municipal archaeologist.

Eagle City Council and the International Sea-Campus Mare Nostrum have coordinated for tomorrow Tuesday, August 9 at 20:00 pm in the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Infanta Elena" in the XVI Edition of the Lecture "Looking to the Sea", the third of the talks scheduled for this August.

The paper, titled "Archaeological and Historical Heritage of Eagles", run by Juan de Dios Hernández García, municipal archaeologist, and is structured in two blocks.

Archaeological heritage of the city are analyzed from the standpoint of material culture, with a selection of the most significant archaeological museum, through which they attempt to reconstruct the historical evolution.

After the presentation, will be held the public presentation of the Guide to the Archaeological Museum of Eagles.

Andrés Martinez, director of the Archaeological Museum of Lorca, the person invited for the submission of such a guide.

After the event, will deliver a copy to each of the attendees.
