Councillor of Education has inaugurated this morning the exhibition located in the school 'Urci'.
Councillor of Education of the City of Eagle, Francisco Clemente, inaugurated this morning the exhibition "before school and now," organized by the school "Urci" within the celebrations of Teacher's Day (San Jose, Calasanz ).
Accompanied by the center's director, Pedro Montalban, the mayor of Education visited the exhibition that brings together different materials, documents, furniture or clothing used in schools since the sixties to the present.
In addition to this exposure, the direction of CEIP "Urci" has coordinated a series of complementary activities, which under the same theme are being developed throughout the week, including: video projection, making murals, drawings and writings, or traditional games circuit, where popular pastime remember years ago as hopscotch, skipping, the blind English, blind man's buff, the catches caught, and so on.
Councillor of Education congratulated the school faculty Urci for organizing this program of events, which according to Clement "goes beyond the informative nature of the work of education and its evolution in our society, since these actions is shown students the importance of respecting and valuing the figure of the teacher and to encourage the participation and involvement of the student body in all activities offered by the center. "
