Bartolome Hernandez noted that the works will start next year and be completed by 2012, but will not start work until all aspects of its implementation are totally clear, so as not to cause more inconvenience to the neighbors who have suffered for a long period of time disadvantages of a work that was frozen after the demolition of the old plaza.
