The oil is the painter José Luis González Vivancos, a Bolivian who lives in the town since 2005.
The Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martinez, recepcionado a painting that has been donated to the City of Eagle by its author, Luis Jose Gonzalez Vivancos, a Bolivian who lives in the town since 2005.
The painting shows the image of an eagle, symbol of the city, in whose eye reflects the face of an actor famous aquiline, Paco Rabal.
The colors used as background for the work are red and yellow, since the artist has sought to simulate the tone of the Spanish flag.
Once the picture has become the property of the Consistory aquiline, it will be cataloged and displayed in any of the municipal permanently.
