The Eagles mayor pleads to reopen the railway station (02/07/2012)

Last week, the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez Gimenez, maintained different contacts with officials of RENFE Murcia, Valencia and Madrid, with the intention that the ticket office and the station of Eagles to regain its activity after more of eight months closed.

The negotiations have paid off this weekend and such facilities have reopened, offering regular service to the many travelers who at this time by the railway as a means of transportation to the municipality.
