A bookmobile will be installed every Monday in July and August in the village aquiline "Calabardina".
The Councillor for Culture and Heritage of the City of Eagle, Francisco Miguel Martínez, attended this morning at the start of the campaign "A Summer Book", an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, with the collaboration of different consistories of the coast of Murcia, which lies between the Eagles.
The campaign, which aims to facilitate the lending of books to residents in the tourist areas of the region, will be held in the town during the months of July and August, with the installation of a bookmobile along the promenade of "Calabardina" every Monday at 10:00 hours to 13.00 hours.
According to Martínez said, to make use of this service will require only the presentation of the passport or any document showing the user and the return of borrowed books will take place on the vehicle itself.
Finally, the Councillor of Culture has stated that the bookmobile will be found books of different subjects and for all ages, so has invited citizens to make use of this service and enjoy reading to the sea.
