Acts summer Auditorium and Congress Palace Eagles rallied around 20,000 people (20/09/2012)

The theater, with 4736 spectators, and ballets, with 3,560, followed by musical events, with 3477, and exhibitions, with 3,023, were more artistic genres attendance.

The City of Eagle, through the Department of Culture and Heritage, today reported statistical data on the number of people who have gone through the Auditorium and Congress Palace "Princess Elena" in summer 2012, and the artistic genres that have aroused the interest of the public.

As stated in the report of the municipal officers, about 20,000 people have gathered in the landmark building, during the summer, to attend various events, maintaining a figure very similar to last year.

Public preferences were:

Theatre: 4736 spectators, with the play "Two men alone without dot com ... or nothing", part of the sixteenth cycle Humor "The smile of the theater", the most successful, with a total of 620 attendees.

Ballets and other dances: 3,560 spectators, among which the great power of attraction that have different local ballets and other productions such as "Porteños Aires", "Jaleo Flamenco" or "Cossack Taras Bulba".

Musical events (classical, opera, zarzuela and other concerts): 3477 spectators, highlighting the projections on the facade of the building and the XXX National Festival of Bands.

Exhibitions: 3023 people have attended any of the 7 samples of photography, painting and sculpture, which have taken place this summer.

Among the artists who have exhibited their works are contemporary masters such as Manuel Coronado or Perellón Celedonio, with novice painters, like Lorenzo Martinez and Juan Carlos López Davis and class photographers national or international exhibitions coming within the Mediterranean Photo Festival.

The rest of viewers opted for other acts, such as monologues and other comedy shows and magic, presentation or publication Lecture XVII Watching the Sea, which together with the act of homage to the actor Paco Rabal aguileño , also aroused the interest of the public.

Special mention of the congresses held in the "Princess Elena", among which the Fourth Regional Conference on Early Childhood Education and the IXth National Breastfeeding and actions linked to the Mediterranean Photo Festival (MED), which met many people.
