Mari Carmen Moreno Regional Assembly defend keeping this service to prevent further displacement to the aquiline.
The Socialist parliamentary group has filed a motion requesting the Regional Government service continuity in Eagles Liquidation Office, office, which until now was responsible for the management, assessment and collection of the voluntary phase of Capital Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty and Inheritance and Gift Tax.
The PSOE deputy, Mari Carmen Moreno, said that on May 27 the BORM published the Order of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, by which revokes the delegation of functions to the District Offices Mortgage by Property Registrars in the field of such taxes, being awarded to dependent services Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia.
Therefore, Moreno has claimed that "after nearly 30 years, the aquiline have to travel to perform these procedures with consequent damage."
From their point of view, this is a reason enough to defend in the Regional Assembly the "resumption" of that service.
Straight, recalled that the Property Registry of the municipality of Águilas was installed in the early 80s and within it was launched Liquidation Bureau.
