The Socialist Party does not consider this infrastructure priority because it ensures that the fairgrounds are currently deficient
The Secretary General of the Socialist aquiline, Mari Carmen Moreno, complains that in these difficult times do not understand how the government team has the "audacity" to take to tender the construction of a fairground that will be located on a parcel of property city, next to the train station, with a budget approaching € 600,000.
The PSOE leader asserts that "the time is not to spend nearly 100 million pesetas in pharaonic projects with an uncertain future, given that the fairgrounds are currently deficient."
Moreno notes that "when many families can not afford columbines to the most basic needs, the Popular Party announced with fanfare building a fairground without considering that there are many people who have nothing to eat or pay the rent of your home ".
In this sense, means that this money could well serve to extend aid to needy or scholarships for textbooks, among other social issues.
Finally, the socialists emphasize that, although aware of the claim by the Association of Businessmen and Industrialists of Eagles of this infrastructure, consider that it is the time of this waste, especially because the project itself but a Fairground is a large outdoor parking, which has little to do with the space demand.
As for the location of parking (which is also an aspiration of the PSOE), argue that it is the perfect place because there are other alternatives centric which also would allow the pedestrian streets of our town.
