The Eagles Monday begins in the vaccination campaign against influenza and pneumococcus (18/10/2013)

The Department of Health of the City of Eagle reports that next Monday, October 21, will start the vaccination campaign against seasonal influenza for the 2013-2014 season through the Health Centers "Eagles South" and "North Eagles ".

As indicated by the Minister of Health in the Consistory aquiline, Ana Maria Miñarro, this year, vaccines are provided free consultations in nursing.

The patient only have to make an appointment telephone (Eagles North: 968 49 33 50 South Eagles: 968 44 60 14) or at the counter of your health center, which will indicate the day and time to administer it.

Miñarro said that the goal for this season is to vaccinate 65% of those over 64 years, joining the campaign this year to all those born in 1953, ie, those serving 60 years, to be vaccinated against pneumococcus if have not done before.

The mayor of Health has encouraged citizens to get vaccinated, especially those included in the risk groups.

People 60 years or older, chronically ill, pregnant women, health care workers and essential public workers (firefighters, police, etc..).
