Contests Costumes Paper & Body Makeup show originality Carnival (24/02/2014)

The originality that wastes the Eagles Carnival was last night patent XIV Outfit Paper and V Body Make-up, which took place in the Auditorium and Congress Centre "Infanta Elena" Eagles, where a year is hung the sign "sold out".

The event began with a performance by Ballet Officer of the Federation of Peñas and attended four spectacular designs on paper and three on skin.

During the course of the show, there was a carnival Emo posthumous recognition to Francisco Ruiz Carmona "The Popeye", who died in October last year.

With a paper costume, actor Miguel Angel Prisons made an interpretation of this beloved character, as he could see some pictures of him that were recorded shortly before his death for the documentary "Carnavaleños".

His son and his brother collected a plaque of remembrance, from the president of the Federation of Peñas, José Alonso.

The jury of the competition consisted of the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, the president of the Federation of Peñas de Carnaval, José Alonso, the mayor of Celebration, Clara Valverde, Musson, Marina Lopez, Doña Cuaresma, Maria Alcaraz, Don Carnal, José Luis Vera, and Musa, Iris Peña.

After deliberation, the prize for each category, which were held the following designs.

Costumes Paper

First prize: "Just Fancy", sponsored by the firm and Sonique worn by the model Encarnación Avila.

Second prize: "Helen of Troy Angel or Demon.?" Sponsored by the company Carpasol Events and worn by the model Encarnacion Sanchez.

Third prize: "Tropical South America."

Sponsored by signing Arnae Sound and worn by the model Antonia Robles.

Special Mention: "Entre dos aguas" sponsored by the Beacon Park Mall and worn by the model Sonia Pelegrin.

Body Make-up

First prize: "Wonders of Egypt", created by Cristel Vandem on the skin and Lidón Marina Miriam Robles.

Second prize: "The Arabian Nights", created by Beatriz Martinez, on the skin of Laura del Pilar Martínez.

Third prize: "Calypso", created by Cristina Perez and Juana María Cazorla, on the skin of Cristina Marin.

The mayor, Bartolomé Hernández, congratulated all the winners and publicly acknowledged the group of people who run Ernesto Garcia, in charge of the preparation of the paper costumes.

Finally, the Grand Ballet of the Federation Official Supporters Club Carnival was responsible for putting the finishing touch to this great night.
