Communist Youth hawk recalls the figure of Hugo Chávez on the first anniversary of his death (05/03/2014)

March 5 Today marks one year since the tragic death of Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias.

A year in which his legacy has remained alive and dormant in each of the struggles that have been developed throughout the world, with particular importance in Venezuela and Latin America.

A year since we add us to the global outcry of sympathy and support for the Venezuelan people in your loss, clamor came from each side of the continent, in places like Palestine, Sahara, Haiti and many other places living crudely imperialist attacks and received the support and solidarity of the Bolivarian revolution led by Hugo Chavez.

A year since the Venezuelan people in front of their revolution proved that the argument was false spokesmen of imperialism and the Venezuelan oligarchy, that the revolution would not survive historical leader of the Bolivarian forces would disintegrate and would conflict between them for the division of power, the people and the army would not trust anyone other than Chavez.

A year later, the Bolivarian Revolution has shown, despite difficulties and contradictions, be a solid historical project of revolutionary social transformation supported by a large majority of the Venezuelan people.

It is precisely the popular support of the working class, the student and the Venezuelan peasantry holding process and should be an organized way to the forefront of addressing needs necessary deepening the Bolivarian Revolution, in order to complete the process started over a decade ago, the construction of socialism.

Meanwhile, the Venezuelan oligarchy in alliance with imperialism, aware of the strength of the process, as evidenced once again in the regional elections of December 2013, not only in their continuous destabilization and coup strategy but has radicalized their positions trying to take the country to a much more confrontational, unleashing violent riots across the country who have consisted dozens dead.

For all this a year later, from the Union of Communist Youth of Spain again we reaffirm that "those who die for life can not be called dead" and that the seed planted by Hugo Chavez continues to flourish today, more alive and relevant than ever in Venezuela and the world.
