Eagles will have a network of supply of natural gas by the end of the year (06/03/2014)

Before year's end, Eagles will have a network of supply of natural gas, thanks to the implementation of the infrastructure of the town gasification will supply this energy to the city center and new residential areas and industrial areas.

This morning a meeting at the Consistory aquiline held to finalize various aspects of this important action, in which the mayor of Eagle, Bartolomé Hernández, and Council of Construction and Urban Development, Diego Martínez and María Isabel Soler was present, along several representatives of the company in charge of undertaking the works: Carlos Manrique, Antonio Piñero and Maximum Canovas, signing "EDP Naturgas Energy".

As discussed in this meeting, the work could be completed in the first phase, during the fourth quarter, allowing a large number of aquiline can enjoy the natural gas in their homes and improve the environmental quality of the city.

Gasification Plan will be extended gradually to complete different residential areas, with the total completion of four initial phases in 2018.

The budget execution over four and a half million euros and facilities consist mainly of: A liquefied natural gas, more than 20 kilometers of distribution networks, connections 681 and 3,827 supply points.

The origin of the network will be located at the outlet of the regulating and metering station and will pass along the relevant distribution.

This infrastructure is one of the measures envisaged in the framework agreement for the development of gasification in the Region of Murcia, signed by the Autonomous Community in Natural Gas Group.
