It is framed in Tourism Competitiveness Plan "Eagles, Sea and Fisheries", a program funded by the Consistory aquiline, the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the ERDF action .
The contract is 231,745 euros and the work will begin next April.

The mayor explained that the project includes enabling a pedestrian area, which will run over the wall of the port, above the houses of fishermen, up to the jetty.
This, as indicated Bartolome Hernandez will create a promenade with four viewpoints, which is reachable by a concrete ramp 80 meters long, with a slope of 8% and provided with plateaus off.
The corridors, which communicate the balconies, will run on the existing concrete wall, but with a separate structure to the huts of fishermen, so they do not touch at any point.
Once you access the first viewpoint from the ramp, the connection between this and the other will take place using the top of the wall, on which there will be an armed hearth.
