The City Council and Caritas sign an agreement whereby they will hire unemployed citizens Eagles (26/03/2014)

Eagles Mayor Bartolome Hernandez, and the president of Caritas Parish of San José, Manuel Amatriaín, have signed a cooperation agreement, through which the NGO quarterly aquiline hire 18 unemployed, up to year end.

Such agreement is valid for nine months, benefiting a total of 54 citizens of Eagle which must be registered in the municipality, without interruption, from January 1, 2009 or have been registered in a period of ten years over the past fifteen annuities.

To reach this goal, the Consistory aquiline contributed 200,000 euros and the first unemployed, already selected, start work next month, with a working day of 27.5 hours per week, in the professional category of pawn.

These people perform different tasks: maintenance of public works or facilities, support tasks to the municipal brigade or any work that is considered within the local area.

Eagles Mayor and President of Caritas, expressed their satisfaction at the signing of this agreement, which will help alleviate the difficult situation that many families are going through, while expressed their wish that the coming year may be renewed that agreement.
