The Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez, and Secretary of the musical group "Nuestra Señora Virgen de los Dolores," Alfonso Soler, accompanied by the president of Paso Blue, José Cáceres, presented this morning Contest IX Musical Groups "City of Eagles", which will take place on April 5 at 19 pm in the Auditorium and Congress Centre "Infanta Elena".
