"Mayor intended to commit an unlawful act to complete the works of the Auditorio Infanta Elena" (04/08/2014)

Moreno showed his preucupación by legal uncertainties of the issues the government team takes full

The PP, against a discount of 5% on the tax bill proposed by the PSOE

The Socialist Municipal spokesperson, Mari Carmen Moreno, has reported on the most important issues discussed at the July regular plenary, held last Thursday at the Eagles Hall.

In this regard, it has been alleged that the mayor Bartolome Hernandez intended to pay the amount of 662,000 euros to the construction company Auditorium Infanta Elena, through an agreement signed by both parties, with no budget provision for effective hecerla.

The money would be used to correct the damage that has said infrastructure, such as basement flooding, continuous water seepage or no visibility users suffering from many seats in the main hall.

In this sense, Moreno has indicated that warned of the illegality of passing that point, as well demonstrated during the plenary session, pending and proposed to let know what would match that amount.

He also stressed that "we are very concerned that the government team take matters to the full without the council offered the inescapable legal guarantee, and it seems that finally the outrageous cost of the work exceeds 19 million euros."

In the section on motions, Moreno lamented that popular rejected a proposal requesting a discount of 5% on the tax bill (IBI).

"We believe that after successive increases that have been suffering for this item aquiline, would be appropriate in these difficult times, allocate surplus municipal accounts to lower the taxes on citizens rather than invest in macro-and change sidewalks" he asserted.

Another socialist motions rejected by the PP, was on the maintenance of the PCPI taught in the municipalities.

A "nonsense" from the point of view of Mari Carmen Moreno, who pointed out that without these programs many young people between 16 and 20 years will be doomed to failure because they can not rejoin the world of education and / or employment.
