During the course of the last regular city, held on the evening of Thursday, all political groups represented municipal (PP, PSOE and Mixed) approved a proposal from the mayor to grant the distinction of Honorary Citizen of Eagle Juan Rojo Garcia the head band director and music school of Columbine Musical Patronage 'Francisco Diaz Romero'.
During the plenary session, Councillor for Culture and Heritage, Francisco Miguel Martínez, explained that in 1976 a group of people decided to unite and create a musical patronage, in order to form a band, since the town had orphaned more than ten years music.

Once served the merits, qualities and unique circumstances presented in the chic and creditor made him this honor, as instructed on the record to that effect, the registration of the extract of this agreement in the Register Book of Honor was authorized and distinctions of the Municipal Corporation, letting him know the winner for a ceremony in which he will be awarded the diploma certifying this distinction will be convened.
