The mayor of the City of Eagle Woman, Maria Patrocinio Martinez and Councillor for Public Safety, Francisco Clemente, visited this morning the Defence Staff II Workshop organized by the Consistory aquiline, in which twenty local women involved .
Following the success in its first edition, held last February, the Department of Women launched the second installment of this course is to provide women columbines an awareness in relation to their own capacities for self-defense.
So, until next December 10, participants will seek to rediscover the ability to react body and mind against aggression, through the acquisition and development of skills that will help them feel more secure about themselves.
Felipe Mula, out of the local police and instructor of Self Defense, is responsible for directing the practical exercises that the members of this workshop will take control over their bodies.
Through easy and effective techniques, it will help them be prepared to hazardous situations, running boards hitting, defense and escape before possible grips.
