The University of Murcia is celebrating, this year, the centenary of its founding.
On this occasion, they are developing a series of events to commemorate its century of existence, framed in Week International CENTUM.
Under the slogan "A Centenary Journey", on 13 and 14 May a conference that counted with the presence of institutions, companies and collaborators were performed.
Thus the international picked centumweek presentations, lectures, seminars, competitions and special recognition ceremony that served to celebrate the centenary of the UMU and twenty of international relations.
The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, attended the closing of the CENTUM and with exrectores, municipalities exvicerrectores and colleagues received from the rector of the University of Murcia, José Orihuela, a diploma and trophy gratefully acknowledges the cooperation of the City Council eagles with the University of Murcia, over the years, through the Campus Mare Nostrum, Universidad del Mar and the collaboration with the University of Murcia in training students in foreign universities.
