New look for the Solidarity Square and Our Lady of Fatima streets Eagles (20/05/2015)

Eagle City Council has finalized this week, the work of adapting the broad plaza between Solidarity and Our Lady of Fatima streets, repairing the serious damage suffered by vandalism.

Once the Consistory aquiline learned of the incidents, the Department of Parks and Gardens drafted a technical report, in order to enable a small budget line that has improved the image of this roundabout.

The work consisted in the painted surfaces where playgrounds are located, fixing damaged parts and replacing those that were left unusable.

Similarly, flower beds were created to protect palm plantations and tipuanas existing and new green areas based artificial turf, removing weeds and weeds around the perimeter.

It has also restored street furniture was broken and more bins have been placed.

And finally, with the intention of having more protected area, they have installed several security cameras.

The plot on which it has acted is 11,039 square meters of uneven topography, which forms a mound with a natural slope of about thirteen meters between the bottom and the highest point.

Councilman Parks and Gardens, Isidro Carrasco, was pleased of the outcome of this work and cooperation of citizens asked the residents of the environment to be reminded local police if they see anyone misusing these facilities .

Finally, Isidro Carrasco regretted that the Socialist Party has used the time between the events and the processing of memory performance authorizing repairs to launch a bad image of the environment met.

Which, according to Carrasco, only responds to electoral interests.
