Sports and Carnival shook hands this weekend in celebration of the twenty-second edition of Duathlon Eagles Carnival, scoring for the Championship of Spain in which, as is traditional test, were the characters of Carnival responsible for giving the departure.

Elite male category, Roberto Sanchez of Club Universidad de Alicante, was the first to cross the finish line followed closely by Ignacio Gonzalez and Christopher Garcia.

At the top of women's triathlon podium Sara Bonilla Claveria Móstoles went ahead and Sharon Spray Molas Belen Garcia.

In absolute mode they led the competition Bricofermín Antonio Luis Alcaraz of Impulse and Herminia Abellan Tri Triathlon Club Eagles.

Besides the sports competition, which they handed over the trophies mayors and Luis Lopez Cristobal Casado included the large participation of athletes who covered the tour with carnival costumes.
