The Council of Ministers at its meeting today has approved the reservation 80,100 meters square of land in maritime-terrestrial public domain for the "construction project for the new desalination Eagles / Guadalentín.
Expansion of the desalination Eagles (desalination plant for the irrigation of Murcia).
Of the total, 68,168 meters under the emissary square (making the transfer of seawater to the desalination plant).
6,729 meters square will correspond to land section of the outfall (driving for the discharge of the brine) and 5,203 meters square correspond to the sea leg of the outfall.
The Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs, may at any time, inspect the execution of the works to verify that they conform to the project, based on which the reservation is granted.
Shall be maintained of way, as defined in Law 22/1988 of 28 July, Costas, with a width of six meters, for public use and pedestrian traffic.
