The City of Eagle, according to the Municipal Subsidies, published in the BORM, approved the call for proposals for the year 2009.
The departments that offer the present call are: Culture, Social Services and Health.
This call is intended to support and promote the association in Aguilas, as well as cultural, social, educational and leisure activities that provide citizen participation.
The purpose of the grant is to conduct annual program of activities and specific programs.
These grants are intended to:
Columbine cultural and social associations that are legally constituted and duly registered in the Municipal Register of Non Profit.
Citizen groups who confirm being constitute a cultural or social association or Eagles meet occasionally for cultural activities or social.
These groups should consist of at least 3 senior citizens and registered in Aguilas.
Eagles individuals registered in presenting projects and cultural programs of general interest.
Documentation needed to apply for the subsidy:
Application form.
Photocopy of the applicant.
CIF photocopy of the association.
Program / project activities detailed.
Detailed budget.
If you have received funding before, this should be justified.
Ratings for the award:
The scope of action.
That activities are open and encourage the participation of citizens in the planning and implementation of them.
The viability of the project.
The social and cultural interest of the project presented.
Report on activities undertaken the previous year, and the reasons thereof in the case of being subsidized by those Councillors.
The deadline for applications has remained open until March 18.
The submission of the request will be held at the General Register of the City.
