The Civil Guard has developed over the last few months in operation Eagles "Nenico" which has resulted so far in the arrest of five members of a criminal group involved in prostitution and trafficking of drugs supplied to different locations the region of Guadalentín.
On this morning in a huge police presence have been carried out simultaneously six searches of premises where it has seized a large number of effects from theft and receiving stolen goods.
La Guardia Civil began in August last year an investigation upon learning of the presence in the town of Eagles group of people who could form a band dedicated to different types organized crime.
From these first investigations, the Civil Guard he realize that this criminal group was involved in a plot linked to crimes related to prostitution, sexual assault and drug trafficking.
Modus operandi
These people allegedly introduced to girls in the country illegally and then the coerced, threatened and forced into prostitution underground in a property in Eagles.
In addition to force victims into prostitution sexually assaulted exerting great violence against them.
Parallel to these illegal activities also had a network related to drug trafficking, in which acquiring drugs and psychotropic substances on the illicit market.
Subsequently they were treated, adulterated, and cut to finally distribute them to small retailers and consumers throughout the region.
Last February 12 was the first phase of this operation which resulted in the arrest of two gang members as suspects of a drug trafficking offense, in addition to the seizure of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in two house searches carried out.
Fruit of the various devices in place and now that all the evidence required, for this morning has made the second operational phase of the operation of more than fifty officers who have made simultaneous entry and registration, permission court, in six buildings used by the criminal organization, where we proceeded to the arrest of three members and the seizure of stolen effects acquired in exchange for drugs.

As part of this operation has been arrested five members of the band identified as:
- MNN, and LPO, Spanish 24 and 21 years respectively and neighbors of Eagle, on suspicion of DRUG TRAFFICKING CRIME.
- PNN, and PNN, both Spanish, 19 years old and residents of Eagles, as alleged perpetrators of SEXUAL ASSAULT AND DRUG TRAFFICKING.
- RMM, Spanish 27 year old resident of Eagle, the alleged author of CRIME ON PROSTITUTION AND TRAFFICKING IN HUMAN BEINGS.
Narcotics intervened:
1,000 doses of cocaine of high purity prepared.
250 pills of ecstasy.
Effects seized:
700 euros in legal tender notes.
Different appliances from theft as a laptop computer, four televisions, a camera, multiple DVD players, stereo and speakers, and video and audio devices for vehicles.
Five air guns.
3 large machetes and a knife.
16 cartridges for hunting.
50 cartridges of caliber 22.
Precision balances.
All the necessary elements for the preparation of doses of cocaine, such as plastic and wire.
The detainees, seized proceedings initiated and effects have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Lorca (Murcia), which has exercised the judicial management of the operation.
The operation is still open, so do not rule out further arrests occur.
