The Conference, held on 25 and 26 March, has not received submissions from Directors General, Heads of Service and representatives of the Ministries of Interior of 112 different services in Europe and the U.S..
During the two days have discussed the various aspects of Emergency Services as well as improving care for citizens with special emphasis on the multilingual staff.
Preventing, identifying and blocking the terminals with abusive calls false prompted an interesting debate among participants and accredited as well as the implementation in our region ISTHMUS Program, which will enable the Canary Islands and Murcia as a basis for mutual care emergency in case of system crash in one of the communities mentioned above, or REACH Program 112 that allow the location of the emergency call through a triangulation system with a low error rate, nearly 20 meters.
The Workshops were attended with a parallel Resource Fair with the participation of all Health and Safety Bodies of the Community of Murcia.
Eagles Red Cross for its part contributed to it the Rapid Intervention Vehicle Medical Team and the new Advanced Life Support Ambulance.
