AVA complaint with the prosecutor of road safety, "the illegality of the Bader" (28/04/2010)

The Neighborhood Association Forum Aquilegia AVA-Eagles City has informed the Attorney General, for transmission to the Office of Road Safety, illegal speeders (ridges, humps, lying guards, speed bumps and the like ) existing in the streets of Eagles, considering that by their anomalous location and arbitrary characteristics such elements are a dangerous obstacle to traffic.

Many neighbors have already shown their displeasure by AVA constant construction of speed bumps of various types and clearly violate legal rules.

The Eagles Radio Taxi Association has warned in writing to the Department of Works that are detrimental to high pedestrian traffic and that its excessive height causes damage vehicles and cause inconvenience to passengers.

Also the professional drivers of buses and trucks have expressed their discomfort about AVA, while ambulances believe that because of these items are delayed on the road to go to the emergency and lead to cures inside vehicles not be possible under the best conditions.

Given the evidence that the Mayor of Eagles has ignored the letter that he sent on this subject several months ago AVA, the Neighborhood Association has now directed the Attorney General, and also the special prosecutor Road Safety Murcia Region, to achieve such a reform reducing and are adapted to the law, warning of potential risk.

Finally, AVA recalls that the current legislation provides that the holders of public roads to comply with the rule must be answerable to the courts of law if accidents occur as a result of their lack of security.
