The Adult Education Center yesterday held an open day in which students and teachers showed the work they do every day.

The event was attended by the mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the ediles of Education and Equality, Cristóbal Casado and Isabel María Torrente.

After the celebration of this day, the mayor of the town highlighted "the magnificent work that takes place in this center.

Adult education is a fundamental pillar of the educational system in Águilas and all those who resume their studies, either to progress in their working life or for the mere desire to learn, an example of perseverance, work and effort ".
