The mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, received in the aquiline hall the Commander of the Navy Diving Center, Captain Joaquín Vergara Jiménez and the Commander of the Rescue and Rescue Ship Neptuno, Corvette Captain David Mínguez Carralero, to close the scale that are scheduled to take place in the port of Águilas on June 15 and 16.
During his stay, in Neptuno, he will hold open days on Friday, June 15, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday, the 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The visit will consist of a tour through different compartments of the ship, where the equipment used, the missions entrusted and the way of working of this ship will be explained.
Also, at 8:45 p.m. on Friday, June 15 (sundown time), a solemn flag ceremony will be held on board the chaired by the Commander of the Rescue and Rescue Ship Neptuno, the Corvette Captain David Mínguez Carralero.
The ceremony will be held, faithful to the Maritime Ceremonial, following the customs and customs of the Navy.

The main tasks of this ship are support to the rescue and rescue of sunken submarines, with human intervention and assistance of its unmanned vehicle, location and rescue of submerged objects, exploration and underwater intervention, support for mine hunting, diving school and divers.
