The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Local Development, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, visited the participants of the new Employment and Training Program, launched by the City of Águilas and aimed at people over 25 years of age ( PMEF MY).
The program, called Green Belt in the surroundings of the Eagles and others.
Phase II ", in continuity with the previous Green Belt Phase I project, has a grant from the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) and an important contribution made by the City Council.
Initiated on May 14, 2018, it has an annual duration, alternating training and effective work.
In it twenty-two participants subscribe contracts for training and paid learning with 100% of the minimum interprofessional salary.
The participants, who until now were unemployed, receive vocational training for employment in alternation with work and professional practice.
Likewise, they receive guidance, advice and professional information throughout the entire project that will enable them to search for employment for others, as well as for self-employment.
It should be noted, finally, that the program consists of two specializations: Installation and maintenance of gardens and green areas (AGAO0208) that will allow its twelve student-workers to obtain a Certificate of Professionalism level 2, and auxiliary operations of rigid finishes and urbanization (EOCB0209) that will allow its ten student-workers to obtain a Level 1 Certificate of Professionalism.
