The mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, has announced that she will submit a motion to the Ordinary Plenary Session in July to urge the Directorate General of Roads to undertake an action to improve access to the Barrafuerte Industrial Estate.

Moreno has insisted on the need to carry out an improvement in said access since - he has indicated- "it is a dangerous area in which there have been a large number of accidents that affect, mainly, the workers who develop their work in the different companies located in this Polygon ".

Also, the first aquiline mayor added that the Directorate General of Roads will also be asked, as this is the competent body, the installation of the necessary guardrails for the safety of the vehicles and their occupants.

In the ring road that connects the RM-11 with the RM-333, the gutters have a significant gap so they need these protective barriers to avoid, especially when it rains with intensity, that cars can fall to the gutter "
