The press room of the City Council of Águilas welcomed the presentation of the book "Calabardina in times of almadraba" in the course of an act that was attended by the mayor of Culture, Lucía Hernández, and the writer Pedro López.
The work, said the author, "collects the history and intrahistory of this aquiline hamlet, the life of its people and the importance that the sea has always had for the inhabitants of Calabardina".
In short, a volume full of experiences and anecdotes that makes a faithful journey through the history of the twentieth century in the hamlet of fishermen.
Also, the presentation served to announce the reissue of the book by the same author "History of mills: El Saltaor, El Garrobillo and Cope" which has seen the light again with an important expansion of content.
