The residents of the areas of Fransena and Juan Pablo II (Renfe) will meet their demand to improve different spaces, transforming them into green areas for their use and enjoyment.
"What the City Council has done, through the concessionaire company STV Gestión, is to reform some green areas that were in poor condition to adapt them as useful and that serve above all to beautify the area", explains the mayor of Empresas Prestadora de Servicios , Isabel Fernández.
For this, 150 oleanders, a dozen mini oleanders and two pine trees are going to be planted.
Some units that will have a constant maintenance and care service, for which new water irrigation systems are being installed that are perfectly controlled with the most modern systems of programmers.
These improvements are being carried out by different teams formed by five workers with a single mission: beautify the area and achieve a higher quality of life for the residents of those places.
